Watercolour and oil prints
These started out as a way of obtaining an image of a painting that had been sold, but which was as good a copy as possible. archival quality in fact. They are supposed to be colourfast and last for 70 years, but I don’t know anyone who can prove that! Not many printers in this region can offer Fine Arts Trade Guild quality prints, on watercolour paper, which are almost indistinguishable from the original, but these ones are. The prints on canvas are also very lifelike, apart from the lack of the texture of the brush marks, but with 3D printing, soon, even this will be possible. They are also Fine Arts Trade Guild quality and are available from A4 to A3 (and larger if required) and come flat with a plain margin for framing. In the case of the prints from oil paintings, come stretched on a stretcher and ready to hang, as well as flat. Some of the prints on watercolour paper, stretched canvas and cards are available at Broadland Framers and Gallery, 18 Red Lion street, Aylsham, Norwich NR116ER http://broadlandframers.co.uk
